The appointment was for the front and rear GMC emblem replacements; my tailgate was scratched in the process. Although admitting the fault and doing right by keeping the truck and repainting the tailgate, the rental car process was a disaster. A compliant I’m currently filing with GMC. Front start to finish, it was bad business all together.

The problem that I brought the car in for was resolved due to some diligent bulletin notice searching done by Robert Cicero and the technicians. It answered the questions I had and I appreciate their work.

Why do you have schedules if you make your customers wait for hours to change a simple tire? It doesn’t make sense.

It was slow for an oil change and tire rotation…2 hours. Other than that, it was good.

Thoughtful staff and was given updates that were very much appreciated. I also was given a ride to work in a very timely manner. I will recommend this service department to anyone that is fortunate enough to buy a Buick.

Service is fine, but it always takes too long. There should be courtesy vehicles available, even if you charge for them. After purchasing the equivalent of a luxury vehicle ( Yukon Denali) it would at least be nice to have the same luxury service experience offered by luxury dealerships. My oil change and tire rotation took two hours for a scheduled appointment.

It’s always a pleasure driving into the service lane at Orange Buick GMC. From the greeting to induction to the Service Adviser. The customer waiting area was clean and well maintained. I love Orange Buick GMC!
