Carl in service was very thorough in handling my Terrain’s service appointment . I arrived early for appointment ; checked in well. It was a busy Saturday in service, but I felt my appointment ran well.

I originally came in just to look at trucks, but because of their knowledge, patience, and excellent customer service, I ended up driving home in my favorite truck! They made the entire buying experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable without making me feel pressured. Thank you, Angie and the entire team, for taking such great care of me. Kate’s professionalism exceeded my expectations. She is personable, thorough and diligent MJ was also extremely professional and very focussed to find what I was looking for. MJ was also very pleasant to work with. Might have to stop by for some more vanilla coffee, what a pleasant experience.
