SMS Messaging Program

Orange Buick GMC operates an Application-to-Person (A2P) text messaging program registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) using a 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) number. Our SMS program is designed to provide timely, relevant communications to customers who have explicitly consented to receive them.

The types of text messages we may send include:

Service & Appointment Communications Service appointment confirmations and reminders, vehicle status updates (e.g., when your vehicle is ready), recall notifications, and maintenance reminders.
Sales & Inventory Notifications New vehicle arrivals and availability updates, responses to vehicle inquiries submitted via our website or in-store, trade-in appraisal follow-ups, and financing status updates.
Promotional & Marketing Messages Dealership specials, manufacturer offers, and limited-time promotions â€" sent only to customers who have specifically consented to receive marketing communications.
Customer Care Responses to inbound inquiries, follow-up messages after a vehicle purchase or service visit, and general customer support.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with our dealership. You may receive up to 5â€"10 messages per month, though frequency may be higher or lower based on active inquiries or service activity.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Orange Buick GMC is not responsible for charges incurred through your wireless service provider.

Consent & Opt-In

Orange Buick GMC will only send you text messages after you have provided explicit prior consent. Consent is not a condition of purchasing a vehicle or receiving any service from our dealership.

You may provide consent to receive text messages in any of the following ways:

Website Form Opt-In By submitting a contact, lead, or appointment form on our website and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive text messages from Orange Buick GMC at the phone number provided.

Opt-Out / Unsubscribe

Non-Sharing of SMS Data
Orange Buick GMC does not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers & Vendors Trusted third-party vendors who assist in delivering our SMS messaging services, managing our CRM, and operating our dealership.
